• Your balance will be due at the conclusion of the time in your room. You may pay at the front desk.
  • Please help your guests leave the party room promptly by the end time of your scheduled party.
  • The end time of your room can be found on your confirmation email and the welcome letter.
  • You will be assessed a $50 late fee for remaining in the room after the end of your event.
  • Please remove all gifts, balloons, etc. from the building if you plan to stay.
  • You will have one additional hour of play time once your room time ends.
  • If you are booking a Friday party, this hour of additional play time will be prior to the start time of your party.
  • Your 30 day membership will be applied under the account that booked the party. It will automatically expire in 30 days from the day of the party.
