Little Feathers take flight and learn to soar in this unique yoga and meditation series designed specifically for children. Bizzy Bee Indoor Play Center is partnering with certified kids yoga instructor, Lauren Daniel, to offer weekly kids yoga class and playtime. Each 4 week session will include a 30-45 minute structured yoga experience and unlimited play time in the indoor playground on each day of scheduled class.
Family Group – Multi Age
Thursdays: 4:00-4:45 PM Class
(We have Friday mornings available too!)
Your little Yogi will experience all the traditional benefits of yoga: meditation, breathing techniques, peace, and deep relaxation. Each session includes exciting and engaging games, dance, music, flows, partner poses, and storytelling.
This class will encourage your child to build self-regulation skills and learn stress management to use on and off the mat. Little Feathers yoga provides a loving space for kids and their caregivers to come together to share moments of peace that will last a lifetime!
Introductory pricing: $90/4 week session
A 4 week session includes unlimited playtime on the day of class.
Drop In Class pricing: $27.75 per class
