General Party Information

Each birthday party includes 2 hours of private party room time and playtime in the play center. Children may move freely between the party room and play area during the celebration. During your reserved time, families typically enjoy playtime, serve food based on their selected package, celebrate with dessert, open gifts, or enjoy a character visit if scheduled.

Each party room includes two long tables and seating for up to 20 children. Parties may accommodate up to 40 total guests including adults, though seating is primarily provided for children. All children attending a birthday party must be included in the party guest count. If your group expects more than 20 children or more than 40 total guests, an additional party room and package will be required. Please call 843-508-8000 for assistance.

PARTY PREP GUIDE

What do we provide?

  • We provide a private room, seating, and depending on package selection, serving ware, plates, cups, drinks, and utensils.
  • There is a $10 fee, automatically applied, for missing kitchen utensils such as pizza cutters, cake knives/servers, lighters, etc.
  • You may bring your own serving ware and/or cutlery.
  • Standard decor includes multicolored wall hangings, banner, balloons, and personalized chalkboard wall.

 

How much party time is included?

  • You will have the party room reserved for 2 hours.
  • Your guests do not have to stay in the party room during that time. They are free to play in the play area.
  • Your access to the room begins at the start time of your party. Decorating can be done upon check in and entry to the room.
  • Our parties run on a preplanned schedule. We cannot accommodate deviations from that schedule.

 

Who is included in the head count?

  • Any person under the age of 18 invited to or attending a birthday party is considered a party guest and must be added to the party package at check-in, regardless of level of participation, and will require a waiver on file for entry.
  • The birthday child and all siblings are included in the head count.
  • We do not count adults toward the package.
  • If guests are paying separately for general child admission, and not a guest of the party (i.e. a sibling of an invited guest), you will need to inform them that they need to specify this during check in. If not specified in advance, guests will be added to overall head count of the package. Only companions who are not participating in the party and will not use the party room may be admitted as general admission guests.
  • Party room use and party items are limited to children included in the party package only; general admission guests may not use party spaces.

 

What if I don’t know how many people will attend?

  • We can adjust the headcount as people arrive for your party, to increase or decrease as follows:
  • We have 2 base level packages, 10 guests and 15 guests.
    • There is no minimum number of guests required.
    • The 10 guests package can accommodate up to 14 children.
    • The 15 guests package can accommodate up to 20 children.
    • There will be an additional charge for each child over the base of the selected package.
  • We reserve the right to adjust packages to reflect an accurate guest count.

o    If attendance exceeds the maximum capacity for your package, your reservation will automatically be increased to the next package level and adjusted to reflect the number of guests in attendance.

    • For parties with less guests than expected, we can only decrease the count to the base number of the package that was booked, either 10 or 15 guests.
    • You may call and adjust the base level of your package up to 48 hours before your event.
    • We cannot decrease the base package with less than 48 hours’ notice.

What can I bring?

  • You may bring in a dessert item of your choice and decorations (see décor policies). We cannot store dessert item in our kitchen.
  • You may bring in your own balloons. We cannot fill balloons.
  • No other outside food or drink will be permitted in the building.
  • Outside vendors of any kind are not permitted without prior written approval from Bizzy Bee Indoor Play Center management.
  • Any vendor used must be one that Bizzy Bee Indoor Play Center has an existing agreement with or has been explicitly approved in advance.
  • Unauthorized outside vendors will result in a $100 penalty fee and/or will be required to leave the premises at the discretion of the onsite manager.

 

What type of décor is permitted?

  • Decorating can be done during your party time allotment of 2 hours. We do not have additional time for decorating available.
  • You may bring in décor such as tablecloths, table toppers, themed plates and cups, balloons, and portable décor that doesnotrequire attachment to a wall. Backdrop permitted on stand only and may not block walkway or exit. We do not provide stand.
  • Large items and furniture that obstruct walkways and exits are not permitted.
  • We cannot accommodate professional party decorators. There will be a $100 fee assessed for violation of this policy.
  • Glitter, silly string, confetti and piñatas are not permitted. There is an additional cleaning fee of $100 for cleanup of these items.
  • Tape,tacks, nails, etc. are not permitted on any surface. There will be a $100 fee for any damage to the party room.
  • Please keep decor within reason for quick setup and take down. Note the late fee policy below.

 

What’s needed to book or cancel a reservation?

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • We do not accept cash payments for deposits. Deposit may be paid with credit or debit only.
  • We require at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations.
  • In the event of cancellation with appropriate notice, your party may be re-booked and held within 60 days, as existing party schedule allows.
  • There will be no rescheduling of a no-call, no-show party or a party cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
  • You may book a rescheduled party with at least 48 hours of advance notice of your desired date.
  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable in the event of an Act of God or weather-related closure or disruption (including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, or unsafe conditions as determined by management). Affected parties may be rescheduled, based on availability, within no more than 60 days of the original event date.

 

What do my guests need?

  • Socks are required forALLguests, including adults AND children. Shoes are not permitted in play areas, party rooms, or cafe. No exceptions.
  • Your guests will be asked to purchase socks to enter, should they forget. If guests do not comply, we will charge current price of socks + tax to the party, per person, and issue socks to your guests.
  • A $100 floor cleaning fee will be added to the outstanding party balance for any continued noncompliance and guests will be asked to leave the facility.
  • A waiver will be required for all guests to enter. Fill out the waiver from the link provided in the confirmation emailor our website to avoid extended check in times.
  • If your guests do not have a waiver on file, they will be required to fill one out upon arrival and before entering the play area. This may delay guest check in.
  • Host parents must monitor behavior of children and party guests at all times. The host is financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by party guests.

 

How many people may I invite?

  • Each party room is equipped with 20 chairs and 2 long rectangular tables.
  • We allow a maximum of 20 children per room, and/or a maximum of 40 people total per room. If you have more guests, 2 room bookings are required.
  • We reserve the right to limit entry to guests if the maximum occupancy of the room is reached.
  • Attendees under 18 are counted as paid party guests and need a completed waiver to enter.
  • Any minor under 18 will not be permitted to exit without an adult present. You will be notified of any violation of this rule and re-entry may be denied.

 

Can I order food?

  • Food is provided for parties by selecting a package that includes a food item, pancakes, and pizza.
  • Outside food and drink are not permitted, apart from a dessert item.
  • We cater to kids and their kid guests. We do not provide food or drinks for adults.
  • You may purchase food and drinks for adults by adding extras to your Plus Package during the booking process.
  • Our cafe is not equipped to handle large group orders. If you wish to serve food for your guests, you will need to select a package that comes with a food option. Group café food orders are NOT permitted for Basic Packages.
  • Party food and dessert must remain in the party rooms.
  • Cafe tables are reserved for general admission guests ordering food from the café. Party items are not permitted in the cafe.

 

What happens at the end of a party?

  • Your balance will be due at the conclusion of the time in your party room.
  • You may pay any balances at the front desk and your guests should proceed to the check out exit.
  • Please help your guests leave the party room promptly by the end time of your scheduled party.
  • The end time of your room can be found on your confirmation email and the welcome letter.
  • A $50 late fee is assessed per 15-minute interval for remaining in the room after the scheduled end time.

 

What else do I need to know?

  • We reserve the right to change these rules and policies, with or without prior notice, as deemed necessary by the management.
