General Party Information
Each birthday party includes 2 hours of private party room time and playtime in the play center. Children may move freely between the party room and play area during the celebration. During your reserved time, families typically enjoy playtime, serve food based on their selected package, celebrate with dessert, open gifts, or enjoy a character visit if scheduled.
Each party room includes two long tables and seating for up to 20 children. Parties may accommodate up to 40 total guests including adults, though seating is primarily provided for children. All children attending a birthday party must be included in the party guest count. If your group expects more than 20 children or more than 40 total guests, an additional party room and package will be required. Please call 843-508-8000 for assistance.

• During that time, guests are welcome to move freely between the party room and the play area.
• Access to the party room begins at your scheduled party start time. Decorations may be set up after check-in when your party begins.
• Because parties run on a scheduled timeline, we are unable to extend party room time or adjust the schedule.
• Each party includes a private party room with seating for children, along with plain serving ware, plates, cups, and utensils.
• Depending on the selected package, party host assistance, drinks, and food may also be included.
• Standard party room décor includes a multicolored banner, balloons, and a personalized chalkboard wall for the birthday child.
• You are welcome to bring your own serving ware or cutlery if preferred.
• A $10 replacement fee may be applied for missing kitchen utensils such as pizza cutters, cake knives/servers, or lighters.
• Any person under the age of 18 invited to or attending a birthday party is considered a party guest and must be added to the party package at check-in, regardless of level of participation, and will require a waiver on file for entry.
• The birthday child and all siblings are included in the head count.
• We do not count adults toward the package.
• If guests are paying separately for general child admission, and not a guest of the party (i.e. a sibling of an invited guest), you will need to inform them that they need to specify this at check in. If not specified in advance, guests will be added to overall head count of the package. Only companions who are not participating in the party and will not use the party room may be admitted as general admission guests.
• Party room use and party items are limited to children included in the party package only; general admission guests may not use party spaces.
Final guest counts are confirmed at check-in. We can adjust the headcount as people arrive for your party, to increase or decrease as follows:
• Parties are booked with a base package of either 10 or 15 children. There is no minimum number of guests required. We reserve the right to adjust packages to reflect an accurate guest count.
• The 10-guest package can accommodate up to 14 children.
• The 15-guest package can accommodate up to 20 children.
• Additional children beyond the base package will be added to your party at check-in and charged the applicable per-child rate.
• If the number of children exceeds the maximum capacity of your package, your reservation will automatically be upgraded to the next package level to accommodate the guest count.
• If fewer children attend than expected, the guest count may be reduced down to the base package level only (10 or 15 children).
o You may call and adjust the base level of your package up to 48 hours before your event.
o We cannot decrease the base package with less than 48 hours’ notice.
• You may bring in a dessert item of your choice and decorations (see décor policies). We cannot store dessert item in our kitchen.
• You may bring in your own balloons. We cannot fill balloons.
• No other outside food or drink will be permitted in the building.
• Outside vendors of any kind are not permitted without prior written approval from Bizzy Bee Indoor Play Center management.
• Any vendor used must be one that Bizzy Bee Indoor Play Center has an existing agreement with or has been explicitly approved in advance.
• Unauthorized outside vendors will result in a $100 penalty fee and/or will be required to leave the premises at the discretion of the onsite manager.
• Decorating can be done during your party time allotment of 2 hours. Additional decorating time is not available.
• You may bring in décor such as tablecloths, table toppers, themed plates and cups, balloons, and portable décor that does not require attachment to a wall. Backdrop permitted on stand only and may not block walkway or exit.
• Large items and furniture that obstruct walkways and exits are not permitted.
• We cannot accommodate professional party decorators. There will be a $100 fee assessed for violation of this policy.
• Glitter, silly string, confetti and piñatas are not permitted. There is an additional cleaning fee of $100 for cleanup of these items.
• Tape, tacks, nails, etc. are not permitted on any surface. There will be a $100 fee for any damage to the party room.
• Please keep decor within reason for quick setup and take down. Note the late fee policy below.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits must be paid by credit or debit card. Cash deposits are not accepted.
• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. With proper notice, your party may be rescheduled within 60 days, based on availability.
• Parties cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-call/no-show reservations, are not eligible for rescheduling.
• You may book a rescheduled party with at least 48 hours of advance notice of your desired date.
• Deposits are non-refundable in the event of weather-related closures or other circumstances outside of our control (Acts of God). Affected parties may be rescheduled within 60 days, based on availability.
• Socks are required for ALL guests, including adults AND children. Shoes are not permitted in play areas, party rooms, or cafe. No exceptions.
• Guests who arrive without socks will be asked to purchase socks at the front desk before entering the play area. If socks are not purchased, the current sock price plus tax may be added to the party balance. Continued noncompliance may result in guests being asked to leave and a $100 floor cleaning fee being applied.
• A waiver is required for all guests entering the facility. To speed up check-in, guests should complete the waiver using the link in your confirmation email or on our website before arriving.
• Guests who do not have a waiver on file will be required to complete one upon arrival before entering the play area, which may delay check-in.
• The host parent is responsible for supervising party guests and is financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by their party guests.
• Each party room includes 2 long rectangular tables and seating for up to 20 children.
• We allow a maximum of 20 children per room, and/or a maximum of 40 people total per room. If you have more guests, 2 room bookings are required.
• We reserve the right to limit entry to guests if the maximum occupancy of the room is reached.
• Attendees under 18 are counted as paid party guests and need a completed waiver to enter.
• Any minor under 18 will not be permitted to exit without an adult present. You will be notified of any violation of this rule and re-entry may be denied.
• Food for birthday parties is provided through party packages that include a food option (pancakes or pizza).
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted, with the exception of a dessert item for the celebration.
• Bizzy Bee parties are designed for children and their invited guests. Food and drinks for adults are not automatically included.
• Additional food for adults may be added during the booking process with the Plus Package.
• Our cafe is not equipped to handle large group orders. If you wish to serve food for your guests, you will need to select a package that comes with a food option. Group café food orders are NOT permitted for Basic Packages.
• Party food and dessert must remain in the party rooms.
• Cafe tables are reserved for general admission guests ordering food from the café. Party items are not permitted in the cafe.
• Your balance will be due at the conclusion of the time in your party room.
• You may pay any balances at the front desk and your guests should proceed to the check out exit.
• Please help ensure that all guests leave the party room promptly at the scheduled end time so staff can prepare for the next celebration. Your party end time is listed in your confirmation email and welcome letter.
• A $50 late fee is assessed per 15-minute interval for remaining in the room after the scheduled end time.
- To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all families, guests are expected to follow Bizzy Bee Indoor Play Center rules and treat staff and other guests with respect.
- In order to maintain a safe environment for everyone at Bizzy Bee Indoor Play Center, repeated rule breaking, aggressive tone, use of profanity, posturing of violence, and/or threats toward any staff are strictly prohibited. Any violation of these policies, as determined by the manager on duty, will result in loss of membership, play passes, deposits, monies paid, a ban on any future admittance, and law enforcement involvement. Removal of any guest for policy or safety violations does not entitle the host to a refund, credit, or extension of party time.
